Privacy policy
What this service stores about you, how long it keeps it, and who else touches it.
01 Information we collect
When you create an account we store your name and email address, and your password as a salted hash rather than as text. We also store what you upload — the playlist file together with the entries read out of it — so that you can reopen a playlist in the editor without uploading it again. Payment is handled by PayPal and we do not store your payment details.
02 How we use your information
Your email is used for account messages: the welcome email, free-trial activation, password resets and subscription confirmations. We may also send occasional product updates; every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.
03 What is kept, and for how long
A playlist you upload, and the entries read from it, stay in your account until you delete the playlist, and the original file you uploaded stays on our servers. Generated .strm archives are removed when you download them, when you delete the playlist they came from, or after 7 days if they are never downloaded. Deleting a playlist removes its entries and its archives; it does not remove the original file you uploaded.
04 Third-party services
PayPal processes payments, and we do not store your payment information. Google Analytics measures how the site is used and is loaded only if you accept analytics cookies; it sets its own cookies and records pseudonymous usage data. Fonts and front-end libraries are loaded from Google Fonts, jsDelivr and cdnjs, which receive your IP address and the page you are on. Email is delivered through our mail provider.
05 Your rights
There is no self-service account deletion. To have your account and the data listed above removed, email [email protected] and we will delete it for you.
